FoxyCart v0.2.8: Offline Processing, Currency Symbols

Removed “Mandatory” Shipping Methods

Certain shipping methods are no longer forced on USPS, DHL, and FedEx. At least one shipping method must still be selected, but you can now choose which method that is. Details
